Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at unboxingrushtoys@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We want every collector to be thrilled with their purchase.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at unboxingrushtoys@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items only. Because many collectibles are limited or sealed, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, opened packaging, or minor box wear that occurs during shipping.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
 - You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
 
We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Unboxing Rush is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items can be canceled before they ship, but will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Once shipped, pre-order cancellations follow the same return and refund policies listed above.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at unboxingrushtoys@gmail.com. While we aren’t responsible for damage or loss caused by carriers, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue quickly.
