Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@unboxingrush.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Preorder Cancellations
Preorder items can be canceled before they ship, but will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Once shipped, preorder cancellations follow the same return and refund policies listed below.
Returns
At Unboxing Rush, we’re collectors first. We know the excitement of unboxing a new piece for the shelf, and we want you to be thrilled with your experience.
Please keep in mind that we are an authorized retailer, not the manufacturer. Because many of these items are high-end, limited-run, or factory-sealed, we cannot be held responsible for internal manufacturer defects. This includes things like:
- Paint inconsistencies or "factory-level" blemishes.
- Joint tightness or articulation issues.
- Missing or broken parts inside a sealed box.
In these cases, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer’s customer service team directly, as they are best equipped to provide replacement parts or specific support for their products.
Our Policy
To keep our inventory authentic and collector-grade, we only accept returns for incorrect items (if we sent the wrong figure) or significant transit damage to the shipping box.
Please email support@unboxingrush.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Items must remain in their original, unopened factory packaging. Once a seal is broken or a box is opened, we can no longer accept a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Unboxing Rush is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at support@unboxingrush.com. While we aren’t responsible for damage or loss caused by carriers, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue quickly.
