Processing Time

At Unboxing Rush, we know how exciting it is to get your hands on new collectibles. We feel the same way! All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your items ship.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

At this time, Unboxing Rush only ships within the United States. We hope to expand in the future so collectors everywhere can feel the rush.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Unboxing Rush is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at unboxingrushtoys@gmail.com.

While we aren’t responsible for damage or loss caused by carriers, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue quickly.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship once that item becomes available unless otherwise noted on the product page.
